Assault Course sessions at Frylands Wood are run on our purpose-built assault course equipment opposite the Providore and reception. We use Petzl Panga helmets. Information on this equipment can be found in the activity folder, which is in the helmet bag.
Assault course sessions are self-led. So please ensure you read, understand & sign the related ‘Conditions of Use’ before starting the session. It will then be your responsibility to ensure the session is run in as safe a manner as possible, including managing your participants behaviour throughout.
We recommend starting with a warm up lap before introducing games and races. How about a relay race?
